About— Grow Well Yoga, Barre & Fitness

At Grow Well Yoga, Barre & Fitness, we celebrate the ancient wisdom found in Yoga & Barre and seek to share it with our Naperville community. We provide various styles of yoga and a wide range of yoga and barre classes. Our core values center around the integration of the body and mind and finding balance and peace given the strong relationship between the body and the brain, and how a harmonious relationship between the two tremendously influences our overall wellness and peace.

Our Small Business is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow. Check out all of our classes and professionally trained instructors and find out what works best for you in your path to peace, growth and overall personal wellness.
What Makes Us Even MORE Unique: Where do our Profits go?

At Grow Well, we deeply embrace Yoga (and physical health) mental wellness, and our Community.
As a result, we have decided that ALL proceeds from Grow Well Yoga + Barre + Fitness will go to the Grow Wellness Foundation NFP to directly fund access to mental health services to marginalized populations in the area.

Our Commitment to your mental wellness

Here to Help You Grow – Grow Wellness Group & Our Commitment to You

Grow Wellness Group is tremendously honored to have the opportunity to provide an unparalleled client mental wellness experience – focused on both the quality of our services and the overall client care you will receive throughout your growth with us.

As a practice, we measure our competency and "success" based on the community impact we are able to make and sustain, and believe you will feel this from the day you reach out to us for the very first time, and throughout your entire relationship with our team based on the care and quality of services you will receive from each of them.

Due to our belief in the power of the bridge between our mind and body, we have established alliances with other mind and body wellness service providers in the communities we serve. In doing so, we can offer wellness service referrals to create a personalized and comprehensive wellness experience for each and every client.

Our on-site Trauma-Informed Yoga Studio and other somatic / physically focused services, such as Yoga Therapy, Reiki and Clinical Hypnosis, also help to bridge the gap and eternal relationship between how we think, process and push forward mentally to how our bodies function; and vice versa.
Our highly skilled, experienced and deeply committed therapists, counselors, psychologists and neuropsychologists, psychiatry providers, sport mental performance consultants and yoga therapists are eager to serve as a guide in supporting you in cultivating personal and/or interpersonal growth, and in nourishing a fulfilling and connected life!

Each team member at Grow Wellness Group brings a wealth of expertise and an immense passion to make a positive difference in the lives of others. As a result of their experience and commitment, we continue to enrich our mental wellness service capabilities in the greater Naperville area, and DuPage, Kendall and Will counties to best serve you and your loved ones in countless ways, including, but not limited to:
